This is a very challenging time around the world. We’d like to take the time to share what we are doing to manage the impact of COVID-19. As a company with customers spanning the entire globe, we’ve been closely monitoring the situation through the media, and in collaboration with customers and colleagues.
Our hearts and thoughts are with those that have been affected by this event – especially those that are currently unwell, we wish you a full and speedy recovery. We would also like to share our immense gratitude for those medical professionals, and local workers on the front-lines that are working around the clock to contain the virus. Please stay safe.
Protecting Our Team
At MMB Networks, our first priority is the health and well-being of our team members and colleagues. As things play out, this will continue to be our primary focus. We’re doing everything we can to take the necessary steps to educate our team members on what they can do to best prevent the spread of the virus.
At the beginning of March we made the decision to halt all unnecessary travel, and for those team members returning from international destinations, we imposed a mandatory 2-week work from home policy. As the situation has progressed world wide, and governments have instituted sweeping measures to contain the spread of the virus, we’ve now instituted a company-wide work from home policy.
This policy is in effect until April 13, 2020, and is subject to change as the COVID-19 situation evolves. Going forward, we are committed to doing the right thing for our team members, customers, their families, and our community.
To Our Customers
We’ve ensured that each team member is equipped with the tools and equipment required to maintain top-notch service and support. Our goal is to maintain business continuity with impeccable service delivery throughout this time of significant disruption.
As we look ahead, we will continue to take quick action and prioritize our community well-being. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we’ll continue to respond accordingly, and keep you informed.
Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time. On behalf of all of us at MMB Networks, we wish you the best, and together we can work through this.
