We’ve launched our new MMB Wi-SUN Border Router! This device is an industrial, Din rail mountable, single board Linux computer that contains MMB’s latest Wi-SUN Module. This device can join anywhere between 500 and 1000 Wi-SUN nodes to this single Border Router. It can be used as a Wi-SUN Border Router and also has Opto-isolated general purpose IOs plus RS232 and RS485 for anyone looking to use this device for other types of applications in the smart grid space, which include things like distribution automation.
